About Magz

I'm a TESOL-certified English teacher and a native English speaker living in Ontario, Canada. I was born in Poland and have lived in Canada since I was seven, giving me a personal understanding of adapting to a new language and culture.

For most of my professional life, I worked as a support professional with people with disabilities. This experience taught me the importance of patience, listening, encouragement, and meeting each person where they are. I bring those same qualities to my English lessons.

I'm naturally social, friendly, curious, and easy to talk to. I enjoy learning about people, their cultures, experiences, and interests, and I believe conversation is one of the best ways to develop real-world English skills.

I have a wide range of interests, so there is always something to talk about! I love travel, camping, RV life, and boondocking, and I'm fascinated by the freedom of exploring new places. I'm also very interested in technology and enjoy working with WordPress websites, SEO, online business, digital tools, and learning new technology.

I also enjoy conversations about sustainability, everyday life, different cultures, animals, travel, personal growth, and just about anything that sparks curiosity. If you have a particular hobby or interest, I'm happy to learn about it and use it as part of our English practice.

My goal is to create a relaxed, supportive environment where you can practice speaking without worrying about making mistakes. Mistakes are a normal and important part of learning!

Whether you're learning English for everyday life, travel, work, social situations, or simply to feel more confident speaking with others, I'll adapt our conversations and lessons to your individual goals and interests.

I bring warmth, patience, life experience, curiosity, and a genuine interest in helping people communicate with confidence.

Hi! I'm a TESOL-certified native English speaker living in Ontario, Canada. I was born in Poland and moved to Canada when I was seven, so I understand what it is like to adapt to a new language and culture.

I spent most of my career supporting people with disabilities, which taught me patience, empathy, communication, and how to make people feel comfortable being themselves.

My lessons are relaxed, friendly, and focused on real-life English and conversation. Whether you want to improve your speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, listening skills, or simply become more confident talking with English speakers, we can focus on what is most useful to you.

I'm very social and easy to talk to, and I have a wide range of interests including travel, RV life, camping, sustainability, technology, animals, everyday life, and many different cultures and subjects.

You won't need to worry about running out of things to talk about! We'll use topics that interest you while naturally improving your English along the way.

My goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and confident communicating in English—not to make you feel like you're sitting in a classroom.
