About Kosta
Hi I'm Kosta, I'm someone who is very passionate about the swimming industry and want to help you be more confident when you're in the water. I spent my early years swimming for 10 years until I was 18, went to a few competitions but mainly did because I love to swim, then in 2019 I came to Australia and 2022 I started my first learn to swim instructor job. I've worked at multiple Centers and private swim schools and also have taught private clients as well. I've also managed a private swim school and in this time have gathered the expertise on how to best help you and your journey in the swimming industry.

I create a plan before we begin each session on what we want to work on and set a goal and how to reach that goal step by step. The sessions can be 30min to 60min. I'm a qualified Learn to Swim Instructor and hold the certificates for: Teacher of swimming and water safety, Teacher of Infants and baby aquatics, and Teacher of Towards Competitive Strokes. My lessons are for people who are interested in beginning to swim, people who want to teach their babies or kids how to swim, adults learning how to swim, how to swim more efficiently, and also can create workouts and targets if you are preparing for a competition like a triathlon or masters.

During our first meeting we will discuss your current goals, what you want to improve, what to work on, how to reach your goasl, different drills in the pool during your swimming sessions, weekly programs which will increase intensity gradually and more.
I'm very esperienced with targetting specific parts of a swimming style and can help you improve any of the 4 strokes, wheater it's fitness and swimming for fun or training for your next marathon or triathlon.
