About Gabriela
I am a Biological Sciences and Forensic Science graduate. I have been giving private and online Science, Maths and English lessons for 5 years now. I teach my students on both one to one and group bases (3 max). I teach children and adults starting from KS1 to GCSE/iGCSE for sciences and maths. I can teach Biology up to uni level. I also teach TEFL to any age from very young children to adults. I've got experience teaching children and adults with learning difficulties: dyslexia, OCD, ADHD, autism, dyspraxia etc. Thanks to my lessons my students achieved higher grades on their coursework and exams eg. Uni level: scoring as high as 2:1/1st (UK university grading: 2:1 - 60%-69% and 1st – 70% and higher).

I am Gabi and I have lived in England for 8 years. I have loved science since I was a little girl, I even ended up coming to the United Kingdom to fulfil my dreams by graduating from Biological Sciences at university. I am fluent in verbal and written Polish, English and French. I want to inspire my students to become as powerful as I did when I learnt English independently! You really can do whatever you want if you work hard, step out of your comfort zone, and believe in yourself! I enjoy planning lessons with lots of hands-on activities. I find the best way to teach is to create several different activities to appeal to various learning styles such as: Presentations, quizzes and debates Role-playing exercises and using videos and music Fill-in-the-blank and writing exercises Concept check questions (CCQs) testing knowledge about a given topic Instruction check questions (ICQs) testing understanding of instructions I love working with children and adults and have experience in teaching people in challenging environments from various ages. I have taught English, French, Biology and Maths on one-to-one and group bases. I believe that every student has the potential to excel in their chosen field. It gives me great satisfaction to devote time to overcome students’ challenges and to design the approach personally to properly engage with everyone.
