About Chloe
I’m Chloe I work for NHS and have done for 16 years. I love helping people and sharing my skills and knowledge. I am very open and transparent and can’t wait to help you develop your skills and knowledge into being able to handle difficult situations and people. I have an experience working with a range of personalities and can offer advice when dealing with difficult people and situations.
I have worked with a range of people with different backgrounds and understand that all situations need to be tailored to deal with each individual.

I can help you to develop the tools you need to manage people during difficult times and situations by doing scenario based learning. Sharing your past experiences and looking at different ways to handle these types of people/situations. Also mental health first aider can help you develop the tools you need to help support staff.
We will discuss what works and what doesn’t work and explore the reasons behind why different techniques work for different people/situations.
We will look at team building exercises that you can explore.
