About Mollie
Hi there! My name is Mollie and my teaching style is friendly and approachable and have over 5000 hours of teaching experience! I am very calm and patient and like to make my lessons fun and engaging! Over the years, I have tutored an enormous range of students to exam success - or just to feel more confident in the subjects they are struggling with. The University of Gloucestershire - September - July 2020 When I was completing my degree in English language and creative writing I supported lots of my fellow peers by helping them with proof-reading and tutoring them. American English and Art Academy of Shanghai - May 2021 - present I have been teaching Chinese students for several years now, I teach topics including THINK, UNLOCK, EPIC reading and KET preparation for their exams. Self-employed Private English Tutor (May 2021 - Present) I teach students from all around the world including Poland, Iran, Egypt and Brazil, I transfer my skills from my other teaching job as I teach both children and adults with low levels of English. In the past few years, I have also begun to tutor older children as part of my self-employed tutoring at the GCSE level. I focus on the UK school curriculum and cater my lessons around the EDEXCEL/AQA syllabus and more.

I teach SATs, GCSE and TEFL English online which typically last one hour. I also offer group classes for creative writing, AQA power and conflict and KS3 English literature and language. I also provide a 4-week review of each student including their progress, what topics we have focused on and any extra learning they could do at home to improve further!
