About Anikka
I have been doing Pilates for the past 20 years. I have some weightlifting and various types of dance under my belt as well. I am strong but I am understanding and forgiving. I will push you hard but in an assertive way.

No excuses! Even if you have trouble doing the movement, there's always a way to adjust something to fit your needs. No space, no problem! I have become an expert in using the little space I have to work out. I like to focus on building a strong core first as it's fundamental to every workout.
