About Milon
My vision is to bring authentic Bangladeshi food to every household. My cooking journey began as a young girl eagerly following my grandmother in her oondal (kitchen) in Bangladesh as her apprentice. This built the foundation of my cooking knowledge and paved the way to cook traditional Bangladeshi meals for my family when I immigrated to the UK. Food is an integral part of all cultures, which is why I started to teach my family and friends how to cook, allowing everyone to enjoy Bangladeshi culture. I want to use this platform to share my passion for cooking and bring your family together at the dinner table with flavoursome meals ranging from humble dishes to royal feasts.

I provide two types of lessons: Beginner: Get the experience of how it is to cook as a traditional Bangladeshi. The options are: 1. We can discuss traditional recipes beforehand and do the preparation before the class. During the class we will combine all the ingredients to make the amazing Bangladeshi dish. 2. You have some ingredients in mind and I will show you how to cook these with a Bangladeshi style. Intermediate: If you already understand the basics of Bangladeshi cooking and want to advance your skills or cook a delicacy. 1. I offer a live coaching option where I will be online with you all the way through the cooking!
