About Mandima
I'm a qualified teacher, with a 4-year university degree (Bachelor in Pedagogics). I've done extra qualifications in the Human Resources space (a 3-year Diploma in HR Management, Advanced Certificate in HR Management, and Management Development Programme Certificate), where I've been an HR Manager in two Coal Mines for 7 years.
Being a Manager and expecting quality output has been one of managerial duties I managed. I expect no less from students.
Being in a tutorial with me will be an exciting experience as I have changed my old teaching approach to new ways I've learnt in my 30-year working experience.

I use a unique teaching style using different student thinking preferences (Analytical, Big picture, Detailed and Expressional). Due to this approach, every student gets value as material is delivered in this manner. I love using pictures.
I'm proficient in English. I teach from known to unknown. Students can expect to be probed in lessons thus leading them to self-discovery.
