About Vijay chitra
I have over 20 years of teaching experience, and my students know they can rely on me to enforce rules fairly, follow through on my commitments, and maintain a calm, well-structured classroom environment.
I place great importance on understanding each student as an individual - their interests, strengths, and challenges. By listening actively, I ensure they feel seen, heard, and valued, rather than simply assessed.
I also bring authenticity into the classroom, openly acknowledging my own mistakes. This honesty fosters a safe space where students feel encouraged to take risks, learn from setbacks, and grow without fear of judgment.

I strongly believe that building a solid foundation early on helps children grow into confident, independent learners. Young children need strong guidance and support at this stage to explore, experiment, and grow. Teaching them brings me immense joy, as I strive to nurture passionate learners who are motivated to work hard and reach their full potential.
Classes are conducted in the evenings for one hour. I teach phonics using the Jolly Phonics method and also support children with their homework, helping them deepen their understanding and learn beyond the classroom.
