Teacher Tendi, English tutor who is passionate about empowering young minds through learning and community-based fundamental knowledge.

I have known Tendi since 2022, when we were in the same class, and that is where I first experienced her as both a fellow student and an exceptional tutor. She later taught me Sociology, and I can honestly say that her support had a significant impact on my academic performance.

Before she started helping me, I was averaging around 45% in Sociology and could never really pass. I struggled particularly with understanding some of the theories and applying them properly when answering questions. With her patience, clear explanations, and willingness to go over concepts until I understood them, my performance gradually improved. I went from averaging around 45% to consistently achieving 70–75%, with my final exam landing an A at 85%.

What stands out about Tendi as a tutor is that she does not simply teach you what to write. She makes sure you understand WHY you are writing it and how to apply what you have learned. She was always patient when I asked questions, and she encouraged me to think critically rather than simply memorizing information. Her approach also helped me become much more confident when answering examination questions.

Having personally experienced her teaching, I can confidently say that she is dedicated, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in the success of her students. I have seen firsthand the difference her teaching can make, and I would highly recommend Teacher Tendai to any student or parent looking for a tutor who can deliver both academic improvement and greater confidence in learning.

I know Tendi as a wonderful friend with a big heart. She is amazingly supportive, encouraging, and very professional. I have seen how she helps others grow in confidence when speaking English. She is patient and never makes you feel judged. I would recommend her always.

I know Tendai in a professional capacity, and she has always dedicated herself to helping those around her while continually improving her own abilities and skills. She has excellent English comprehension and is fluent in everyday conversation.

In her teaching role, she lays a strong foundation by covering the basics first, then using relevant examples to build towards the wider concept and its context. Her teaching style is direct, relevant and consistent. She is also empathetic and patient, which are valuable qualities when working with beginners.

Tendai is an amazing tutor. She is very patient and loves kids. I highly recommend her. ️️️️️
