I am passionate about Te Reo Māori and I am excited to share what I know with others. I believe that the we as Māori have a unique and beautiful worldview. This is your chance to connect with us and begin your Te Reo Māori journey on an engaging, kind and personal level.

About the lesson

When you come to me for lessons there is an energy exchange happening. Māori processes and values are at the forefront of the lessons and you will connect with the Māori culture, as well as learn the language. My process involves a lot of speaking and sharing, as well as storytelling and songs. I have been a teacher for 3 years, and previously worked as a cultural consultant for schools throughout Kahungunu. My lessons are best suited to young people and adults who are beginners with Te Reo Māori (the Māori language).
