My name is Angel Kangi and I am currently working in both group and individual therapy. Classes consist of 60 minutes of physical work and half an hour to work on Pranayama or Breathing Exercises, Meditation and Relaxation. I also work with the individual Therapeutic Yoga focused on pathologies, especially in problems of anxiety, nervousness, depression, low self-esteem, lack of confidence and security. I have a line of work for personal development and growth, for those who want to work more deeply with their inner Self.
