About Joana
I have a degree in Musical Training and Choir Direction from the Lisbon Superior School of Music and I was a student at the Instituto de Música Vitorino Matono, where I studied piano and cello.
I have been teaching music for about 13 years, and I have experience in specialized music teaching, free regime and preparation for ABRSM.

My classes are aimed at all those who want to learn music, from beginners (child / adult) to more advanced students. I like to use repertoire from various musical styles, and I aim to help the student to develop good technique and autonomy, combined with motivation, willingness to play and learn.
In my online classes I also prepare for ABRSM ( Music Education / Music Theory) and I teach Piano (Beginner and Intermediate level).
