About Camille
I teach yoga since 2015. I taught mainly in various hotels and studios in Thailand where I was trained. The purpose of my course is to bring everyone to be aware of their physical limitations and respect progressing slowly.
Since 2016 I had the chance to teach yoga in studios in Paris and now for small groups in Aix-en-Provence.

My name is Camille and I am a yoga teacher since October 2015. I teach Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga and yin yoga and different types of meditation. My classes always start with 5 minutes of meditation. Gentle warm-ups for the whole body. between 4 and 6 sun salutation repetitions (concatenation of movements) Chain of standing positions Then positions on the ground before finishing the course in savasana (lying postion and meditation) I like to adapt my classes to my students according to their needs .

Perfect! Camille et une superprof à l'écoute de son élève et qui s'adapte naturellement à vos besoins. Elle prépare très bien sa séance afin de vous faire passer un super moment avec des exercices nombreuses et variés qui vous apporteront ce que vous recherchez.

Gentille et patiente, elle a su adapter le cour à ma demande. Très pedagogue, elle n'a pas hésité a m'aider dans les pour les mouvements techniques.

Studieuse, professionnelle, à l'écoute, elle prépare un cours complet répondant aux besoins de chacun.
Je recommande vivement Camille pour des cours de yoga. Elle saura vous faire découvrir différents types yoga (yin, hatha, power yoga) adaptés à vos besoins et ce, quelque soit votre niveau. Ces cours sont bien construits et respecteront votre rythme tout en vous poussant pour vous faire progresser. Les séances qu'elle propose sont fluides, dynamiques, et assurées dans la bonne humeur. Elles vous permettront de gagner rapidement en souplesse, dynamisme et relaxation.
Camille est, en plus d'être réellement pédagogue, quelqu'un de très sérieux et qui possède sa propre approche de l'éducation. Elle défend une vision très éthique de l'enseignement, dû à son expérience en tant que professeur en France mais également à l'étranger, et est adaptable à tous les profils.
