I was the New England Diamond Belt Boxing Champion.

Perfect! I recently started taking self defense lessons (one-on-one) with Coach. I couldn't be happier with my decision! I've just finished my 4th class and am learning so much it's hard to keep track of. He's extremely skilled, patient, and a hell of a nice guy. Strongly recommend for anyone that's looking to toughen-up, learn a new skill, or get in shape or all of the above. Very reasonably priced as well.
Perfect! Enjoyed the class and went with his ongoing gym classes.

I’ve been a student of John for over a year, and wouldn’t want to be at any other gym. He has a great way of teaching to all ages and skill levels. As a woman, I would highly recommend him to parents with kids, and women wanting to build more confidence. John is respectful, punctual and makes classes fun to all that attend.
John is super consistent and supportive for kids and adults when teaching boxing, Jui jitsu, and DDP yoga.
