About Moulya
ನಮಸ್ಕಾರ, ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರು Moulya. ನಾನು ಮನೆ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮತ್ತು ಯಶ್ವಿಕ್ ಅಮ್ಮ. ನನಗೆ Yoga ಮತ್ತು ಸರಳ exercise ಮೇಲೆ ತುಂಬಾ interest ಇದೆ. ನಾನು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಅಂತ ಬಯಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಕಲಿತ ಸರಳ Hatha Yoga, breathing ಮತ್ತು relaxation technique ಇತರ ಅಕ್ಕಂದಿರಿಗೆ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಡಲು ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನಾನು ತುಂಬಾ patient ಆಗಿ, Kannada ದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಧಾನವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನನ್ನ class ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ safe ಮತ್ತು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವಾಗಿರೋಣ.

I teach simple Hatha Yoga for women and beginners. We will do basic stretching, breathing exercises, and relaxation Yoga Nidra. Good for back pain, weight loss, and stress relief. Classes are in Kannada only. Very slow and safe method. First demo class is free for you to check.
