About Niamh
I'm a fluent Irish speaker who attended all-Irish primary and secondary schools. I'm currently a second year studying Irish and French in Trinity College Dublin. I received 100% in my Leaving Cert Irish Oral and believe that anybody can do well in their exams with the right approach. Over the past year I have familiarised myself with online teaching. I’m also flexible with regards to time to cater towards whatever suits the student best. I have an extensive collection of notes and sample answers to help with both the written and oral exams but my main focus will be on helping the student achieve a higher level of fluency, tailored towards the tests. Every session will be specific to the student's needs and I am more than happy to help with any area, whether that be the written, listening or oral sections. For younger students, I love to do fun activities in the Irish language to keep the student engaged and to make sure they're enjoying the lessons. I have a warm and friendly approach and no question is too silly. I truly love to teach the language and help people no matter what stage they're at.
