About Francis
"Martial arts to me, is more than a combat sport, it's a fast tracking spiritual disipline."
With over 22 years of martial arts training and research, Francis is a true martial arts scholar. His skills expand in 6 main aspects of martial arts; striking, grappling, weapons training, body conditioning, internal energy development, performance (stunt).
He started studying jukai-ryu Jujitsu at the age of 4 and began expanding his research as a teenager. He practiced powerlifting for a while, as well as calisthenics and gymnastics. In his early 20s, he started becoming more and more aware of energy and the applications of internal martial arts. "If you can increase the amount of electricity going through your wires, you can gain near superhuman skills without years of conditioning."
He's spent many months in solo mountain retreat refining his martial and spiritual skills. His current practices involve a blend of ancient yogic practices (also used by ninjas and samurais) and very flashy, out of the ordinary movements, the impredictability of drunken style, the agility of monkey style and the effectiveness of ninja techniques... He is also reknown for his extreme staff skills, or as he call it "the next best thing to a training partner".
