Our first class together will consist of a flexibility and strength evaluation so that I may learn about where you currently are in your contortion journey. The first class must be done in-person. Once we've established what to work on then we can do in-person training or training by webcam.

Cancellations must be completed twenty-four hours prior to our appointment.
