About Danielle
I trained in dance specialising in ballet gaining a scholarship and 3-year diploma certification at the professional Hammond school in Chester.
I have been a dancer for many years performing in various locations over time.
I naturally progressed into ballet teaching and after many years found my love in teaching fitness incorporating many of the ballet basics.
After having struggles with my own body and weight gain as I got older I feel passionate in sharing my regimes to help women 40+ feel more confident in all areas including improved posture, tone, weight loss and helping the mind and body feel more energised overall.

About the lesson

We will first focus on what you want to achieve from the sessions and I will then do a tailor-made lesson plan keeping these goals in mind.
The lesson structure will be a warm-up followed by working on target areas then a stretch and cool down to finish.
