About MT
With a background in Lee style Tai Chi and Qigong and with diplomas in Acupressure and Qigong, I originally trained and qualified to teach Shibashi sets 1 and 2 for Age Cymru in response to student demand for classes. I have taught classes across South Wales and currently run classes and workshops in and around Cardiff. A former university professor-turned-editor, I am learning British Sign Language and hope one day to be able to offer signed Tai Chi classes. I am fully qualified, DBS checked and insured.

I am giving MT the highest of recommendations! I have known her for more than 20 years, we met as graduate students at U.C. Berkeley, in California . She is one of the most intelligent, along with compassionate people I have ever had the honor to know. She is also a person of incredible integrity and honesty, as well as having a phenomenal work ethic. Whatever subject she teaches, she is both well informed and practiced in it. You will not find yourself disappointed in having her as a tutor.
MT is an academic, author and tutor who has worked with students all over the world. She is, without fail, kind and honest, and goes ‘the extra mile’ to encourage and educate. All her courses are prepared in depth, so there is no aspect of her subject that cannot be pursued with confidence.
I have known MT as a mentor and friend for ten years and trust her implicitly.View more recommendations
