About Sharon
Hi, I am Sharon and currently living in Florida fulltime since 2021. My journey started as a conversation with a close relative who in my eyes was a yoga guru in Colorado. In 2000 I asked my cousin what kind of workout can I do that I could rebound better from. Gym workout though had great results I felt tired, drained and left me with discomfort. She knew my story of autoimmune issues and cervical and lower lumber pains and issues from a car accident. She said, "Do Tai Chi, it is the next big thing with many health benefits." And so my journey began 6 weeks later and was hooked so much that I studied with three different practitioners. One instructor after 4 years told me to start teaching my form was better than hers and I seemed to really show passion and connection to the form and energy. Around 10 years in I started the deep dive immersive trainings. Just couldn't get enough. In 2014 completed a mini thesis for my masters in Human Resources Management entitled: The Power of Exhaling: The Benefits of Tai Chi in the Workplace. My experience spans with various ages from elementary school to high school, colleges, traumatic brain injury, counselors teachers and faculty of the incarcerated minors. leading in-person and online workshops and presentations during 2021 for unions, nurses, business and staff as part of their mindfulness retreats. Also, train in 1 and 3 day settings for knowledge or certification. Through Tai Chi Qigong Yoga and Sound Vibration I have been able to transform aches, pains, illness, disease, create vitality, flexibility, improve sleep issues, prevent operations for knees, neck and back injury. Having the intention to live to at least 150 these practices are key daily in my life and I am here to help you too!

Hi! Discover the benefits of Tai Chi Gong Yoga for physical, mental emotional well-being from an experienced instructor, Senior Trainer and Medical Qigong Practitioner. Lessons will start and go slow showing movement from all directions with care and repetition. Included each week:
- warmups, stretches, flows, breathwork, massage, and meditation
- After 15 minutes of the above will focus on tai chi qigong yoga movements, applications and principles..
- Having had injuries and illness I went inward to learn what and how specific movements would help me heal.
- When I "signed myself up" being a "serious" students that is where I healed myself and grew to assisting others.
-I adapt all the exercises to your ability to stay in comfort zone watching for safety.
- Tai Chi Forms presented Basic short Yang form, Circle Form, Health Forms, 24 Yang, as well as various class Qigong sets like Baduajin and Shibasishi.
- All ages, stages, and abilities are encouraged to join me.
