About Angela
Hi, I'm Angela.
I’m a lifelong martial arts enthusiast with over 20 years of experience, primarily in Kung Fu, alongside a background in Taekwondo and Karate. While I loved training over the years, I always felt traditional classes could use a stronger focus on cardiovascular conditioning—and that’s exactly what inspired me to create these classes.
My goal is to offer women a fun, high-energy aerobic workout that gets the heart pumping and the body moving, while teaching real self-defence mechanics. You’ll learn how to throw punches and kicks with proper technique, power, and intention, all within an empowering and dynamic environment.
