About Mohamed
I'm a strength and conditioning coach based in Cairo, working specifically with swimmers — age-group, junior, senior, and finswimming athletes. I currently coach at Al-Ghaba Sporting Club and Katameya Gardens, alongside online athletes outside Egypt.
I hold Strength and Conditioning certifications and a Sports Sciences degree. I'm currently completing my NSCA-CSCS.

Every athlete gets a periodized strength program built from their own movement screen, training age, and meet calendar — not a generic gym template. Swimmers get hurt or plateau most often when dryland work ignores what's happening in the pool: too much upper-body volume on a heavy swim week, no attention to shoulder health, programs copied straight from a general strength plan. I build around that instead of ignoring it.
Sessions follow a fixed order for a reason: power work while the nervous system is fresh, strength after, core last, once the big compound lifts are done. You get a full training workbook — session sheets, an assessment schedule, a progress tracker — not a PDF of random exercises.
First session is a conversation, not a workout: your training history, current swim volume, equipment access, and what you're actually training for. I'll tell you honestly if I'm the right fit before we build anything.
