About Nishant
I’m someone who grew up being laughed at for being overweight, and while that was tough, it sparked the journey that changed my life. As I worked to transform my body, I fell in love with fitness and training — not just for the physical results, but for the discipline, confidence, and strength it helped me build from within. Over the past 20+ years of training, I earned my Shito-Ryu Black Belt, certified under an international martial arts organization based in Sweden. I bring a calm, respectful, well-behaved, and supportive teaching style, always putting safety first and making sure every technique is learned the right way. My goal is simple: to make self-defense accessible to people of all backgrounds and fitness levels, whether you're a kid gaining confidence, an adult trying to get fitter, or someone simply wanting to feel safer. The skills I teach are meant to protect, never provoke, and I genuinely believe anyone can transform themselves with the right guidance.

- Class Structure
Warm‑Up (10 minutes): mobility, stretching, activation
High‑Intensity Training (20 minutes): cardio, strength & endurance work
Kickboxing Drills (20–25 minutes): stance, strikes, blocks, footwork & combinations
Cool Down (5 minutes): stretching, breathing & relaxation
