About Petrina
I am a UK registered nurse and Specialist community public health nurse (health visitor).
I have many years experience in my professional capacity in the pre and postnatal care of women, neonatal care, breastfeeding support, weaning, sleep and skin care of your new baby.
I am also a trained Doula and will be happy to talk through your birth plan with you.
In my personal life I have had 3 children myself, together with 4 step children. I have been a foster parent and have recent experience of caring for newborns.

About the lesson

This is a tailored course which will be built around your specific requirements.
Each session will begin with a presentation on a different subject. This will be followed by the chance to discuss solutions to any problems, ask questions and give feedback on progress.
The final section will consist of setting a task to bring to the next session.
The lessons are bespoke and will be created and planned around you, following an initial assessment. Don't worry there is still room for flexibility so that any issues that you feel you might like to discuss can always be added to your schedule.
