I currently work as a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer for a French bank, where I handle a wide range of real-world technical issues in a highly secure and structured environment. In my sessions, I offer a unique opportunity to learn from actual, live support scenarios. We’ll go through real tickets from my week (fully anonymised), giving you insight into genuine user issues and how they are approached and resolved in a professional setting. Because of the bank’s secure infrastructure, many of the problems require deeper thinking and more structured troubleshooting — which makes it an ideal learning environment. You won’t just learn what to do, but how to think when things aren’t straightforward. These lessons are hands-on and practical. You’ll gain experience working through real support situations, understanding user communication, and building the confidence needed to handle IT issues in a real job. Brilliant teacher
You get to see and actually do LIVE tickets from his queue I think that’s the biggest benefit it’s not it’s theory, he goes through the whole thing and shows you exactly how he resolves tickets and how he does it
Would definatley recommendAdam was such a good teacher, not only is he super polite but because he actually works in IT support for a major company I got to see and go through LIVE issues, even tickets from senior techs in his team, I can see what they do and understand it , he even let me do some of his tickets, IT isn’t as hard as I always thought !
