About Winona
"String vibration against cold metal frets remains the most grounding sensation I ever encountered. I arrived at the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music to earn my Bachelor of Music, which eventually led to working with 469 students.
Electric technique, scales, and modes are staples of my work. I teach tuning, maintenance, blues progressions, and songwriting. Helping someone grasp a difficult concept brings me genuine joy."

"Your first session begins with the crisp sound of an acoustic guitar ringing out in a quiet room. I dedicate 10 minutes of our first meeting to a free trial session to assess your current starting level. My 7 years of teaching experience allow me to identify exactly where your technique needs refinement. We discuss your musical goals while organizing a plan for your future practice.
My background in performance ensures you receive high quality instruction from day 1. I find this teaching process highly rewarding."
