About Riley
My journey in chemistry began with a strong interest in understanding how substances interact and change. I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, where I developed a solid foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of the subject. Over the past 7 years, I have helped students understand chemistry in a simple and effective way.
I believe that chemistry should be taught with clarity and patience. My teaching style focuses on breaking down complex ideas into easy steps so students can follow comfortably. I create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and learn without fear. I also adapt my approach based on each student’s needs to ensure effective learning.
I continue to stay connected with chemistry through reading and exploring new developments. This helps me keep my lessons fresh and relevant. Teaching chemistry is rewarding because I see students move from confusion to confidence. I aim to help every learner build strong conceptual understanding, improve their problem-solving skills, and develop a positive approach toward learning chemistry in both academic and practical contexts.

Chemistry becomes easier when students understand the concepts instead of trying to memorize everything. In my lessons, I focus on explaining basic ideas such as atoms, molecules, bonding, and reactions in a simple and clear way. We begin with fundamental topics and use everyday examples to make learning more relatable. This helps students feel comfortable and builds a strong base for advanced learning. I ensure that each concept is explained step by step so there is no confusion.
As students move forward, I introduce more detailed topics like equations, stoichiometry, and chemical processes. I guide them through problem-solving methods and help them understand how to approach different types of questions. Practice is an important part of my teaching, and I provide exercises that improve both understanding and accuracy. I also give regular feedback so students can correct mistakes and improve steadily.
My goal is to help students gain confidence in chemistry and develop a clear understanding of how different concepts connect. Over time, they become more comfortable solving problems and explaining ideas. This builds not only academic strength but also a deeper interest in the subject. I support learners in developing strong foundations, better thinking skills, and the confidence to handle chemistry with clarity and ease.
