I am a Clinical and Community Psychologist (BSc First) with an MSc in Positive Psychology & Coaching, and a parent with lived experience navigating domestic abuse and raising a child with ADHD/autism. I combine professional expertise and real-life insight to provide trauma-informed, practical, and empathetic coaching for parents and families.

Combining psychology expertise, positive coaching, and lived experience, I provide practical strategies, emotional support, and resilience-building techniques to help families heal, grow, and thrive in a safe, supportive environment.
