Great teaching experience at all ages and levels. Classes in French, English and Spanish.
Jose Nisa begins his musical studies at the Municipal Music School of his hometown, Bienvenida (Badajoz), where he receives saxophone lessons from the clarinetist and conductor Miguel Morán.
Later meets the saxophonist Diego Carretero, who will be a fundamental encounter in his training as a musician, since he was his saxophone teacher until he entered the Superior Conservatory of Music Bonifacio Gil de Badajoz (CSMB). Jose is completing his Bachelor in 2021 under the tutelage of Vicente Contador with honors and extraordinary end of career prize.
He has attended numerous masterclasses, notably with Marcus Weiss, Marie-Bernadette Charrier and Sara Zazo. [N ]
Committed to contemporary music and creation, Jose initiated the creation of a work by composer Gonzalo Navarro. He has participated in several contemporary music cycles and has collaborated with ensembles such as the Container Ensemble [BJZ] and the CSMB Contemporary Music Ensemble.
As a soloist he has performed with the Badajoz Municipal Wind Orchestra and the Badajoz Music Conservatory Wind Symphony Orchestra.
In 2020 he is selected as a musician at the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival and is part of the famous Young International Orchestra. [ N]
Currently, he is doing a master's degree in interpretation at the Geneva University of Music, where he works with the musician Joshua Hyde.
