About Hannah
I started tutoring when I was a high school student. I continued throughout my college years and have continued since graduating summa cum laude. Although I majored in Biology (with minors in Chemistry and Mathematics), I prefer to tutor math!
I spent the past ten years working for a women's junior league hockey team where I was responsible for tutoring all of our high school and college freshman players in math and science.

Some subjects can be difficult for very bright students. I aim to bring a different perspective than what you're provided in class. In doing so, most students find they're more comfortable with the material, which leads to greater class participation and higher grades.
In lessons, we'll focus on the material provided by your teacher including homework assignments, past assessments, and study guides. This works best as he/she creates and grades your assessments. I supplement with my own material to provide extra practice.
Whether in person or online, I solve all problems on a virtual whiteboard. At the end of our session, I will send you the whiteboard so that you can utilize it to continue studying.
I always make myself available for questions in between our scheduled sessions.
My favorite courses to tutor are high school and college level Algebra, Precalculus, Calculus, Statistics, Biology, and Chemistry
