About Justin
I am a recent summa cum laude graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Arts and a triple major in Classics, Classical Civilizations, and Archaeology. I fell in love with ancient mythology when I was very young and have continued to pursue their study ever since! I'm a very flexible teacher and create a very personalized lesson plan for each student: I meet everyone where they are in their learning and work with them and how they learn best to give the student a hand and a leg up.

My exact lesson plans vary widely depending on exactly what each student needs. I can begin teaching from the very start of Ancient Greek or jump straight into Plato if the student is experienced! I can help work through homework or help clarify lessons if needed. I have almost 5 years of Ancient Greek experience, but there is always more to learn. Lessons with me are aimed towards first- or second-year students.

Details
I like to spend time with my students figuring out how they learn best and how I can best assist, which usually takes a substantial portion of the free lesson. Because of this, I am more than willing to run that session long by a half an hour (for free) so that the students get a feel for how we will proceed from there. It simply wouldn't be fair for the free lesson to not include some teaching.
