About Lucy
Having been a maths prefect at The Perse School in Cambridge, I have worked with many pupils ranging from year 7 to year 13 (further maths included), and have privately tutored girls in year 6 who got into their chosen school as a result. I am highly experienced at tailoring my tutoring to different learning styles and the influence of the exceptional teaching I have seen during my time at the Perse and at Oxford has demonstrated to me the best ways of approaching problems with different pupils. I am extremely hard working, having also gained A*s at A level in Music and Chemistry and having achieved 11 A*s at GCSE, alongside attending the Royal College of Music every Saturday, achieving my DipABRSM diploma on horn, and being a member of the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain.
