About Jacklyn
I currently attend Texas Woman's University as an English major with a minor in Biology. I live and breathe the English language, as shown through my three years of being on the Dean's list at my previous college. I will be graduating in 2022 and would like to get into a medical school to eventually become a Child's Neurologist. With that being said, I hope to share my knowledge in this language, as my goal is to help one to achieve their goal, whether it be to get a good grade in English, write an exceptional English paper, past an English test, reach proficiency in the English language, etc. Nonetheless, I also have experience with children, as I have three nieces (one 9-year-old, one 15-year-old, one 18-year-old) and one 2-year-old nephew. In my free time, I love to check up on my nieces' studies and essentially help them with certain assignments. I really hope to be able to provide a fun and understanding learning environment.

I am an undergraduate English student that likes to observe the student's writing or assignments first, in order to fully point out their weaknesses and help them gradually turn them into strengths. Since I am a visual learner, I love to map things out visually. Thus, I would like to use this approach in my lessons. I also prefer a much more relaxed teaching style, as it helps the student become much more comfortable with improving their English skills.
