I usually focus on the basic concepts first.If the basics are clear, a student can grasp a lot more.For e.g when a building is made we always make sure that the foundation is strong to besr the load. If the foundation is strong enough, we can build a multi- storey building.The same way if the basic concepts are clear, the student can achieve heights
