About Gaby
I’m a legitimate tutor because I don’t just know the material—I’ve studied it in depth, applied it in academic and research settings, and helped others master it too. I’m a triple major in Biology, Psychology, and Neuroscience & Behavior, and I work in a research lab focused on mental health and suicide prevention. That means I’m not just teaching from a textbook—I’m actively engaging with the real-world science behind what I tutor. I’ve taken rigorous classes with top professors, like Social Psychology with Dr. Plous and multiple Clinical Psychology courses with Dr. Alexis May, and I’ve built a strong foundation in both theory and practice. My academic success and research experience show that I can break down complex topics in a way that’s clear, accurate, and helpful. Beyond credentials, I’m organized, reliable, and committed to making sure my students truly understand what they’re learning. I take tutoring seriously—not just as a job, but as a way to empower others with the tools and confidence they need to succeed.
