About Arastu
I am currently a student at USYD, double majoring in Data Science and Business Analytics. I have been accepted to top universities across the globe such as Boston University, University of Waterloo, University of Rochester, University of Miami, Rice University and many more along with scholarships.
My willingness to tutor students comes from a personal experience. My mom is a teacher, and seeing her dedicate her time and energy to kids made me realize that imparting knowledge to others is a privilege in itself. Coming into high school, I thought of becoming a tutor myself and helping students to become the best version of themselves.

My methodology of teaching is simple - visualize, understand, and implement. To get any problem solved you have to understand the concept first, from ground zero. I take students through a journey of learning from scratch so that the fundamental concepts are clear to be able to solve any sort of question.
I teach students for at least 1.5 hours, which I think is an appropriate time for students to learn about the concepts.
I have tutored 20+ students exclusively throughout their high school, also prepping them for competitive exams such as SAT and APs as well.
I tutor :
grades 7 - 9 (Mathematics, English, Physics) and
grades 10 - 12 (SAT, APs, Mathematics)
