Academic background: I scored 7A*s & 1A in CIE (Cambridge International Examinations) O-level and 3A*s in A-level. I have a bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance with minor in Mathematics and obtained Masters degree in Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo.

(1) Motivating students with enthusiasm about the power and importance of math in solving real-life problems.
(2) Giving five-minute quiz at the end of each lecture to confirm students have mastered the math skill covered.
(3) Figuring out where students need additional scaffolding or other assistance, and tailor lessons accordingly.
(4) Weekly announcements and assemblies that celebrate the top players and teams can be really inspiring for students
