About Aliya
I am a sophomore at KU and plan to attend medical school in the future! I love to spend time with my family, watch movies, play the piano, and cook/bake. I have been playing the piano for almost 16 years and have won about 8 trophies within the first 10 years! I mainly enjoy playing film scores and orchestral pieces.

Hi! I’m Aliya and I’ve been playing the piano since I was 4 years old. Although I have participated in award ceremonies, I realized my passion for music was beyond winning an award or performing in front of a judge. I love playing the piano because it makes me feel a certain way that is hard to describe. I want to share that with others who are interested in learning how to play the piano so you can play the music that you love and that means something to you.
