About A SHRUTHI REDDY
So, I am a student studying in IISER, a research college. As a student who is aspiring to do great things and make country proud, without knowing how to handle pressure, stress, time management, making proper decisions, forget and forgiving yourself so that you focus on future, learn from past and don't spoil your present because of your past, manifestation and grace, basically without knowing who I am and what I need, nothing will work no matter how much you follow the crowd and do as you are told blindly.... I did a lot of research on these topics and will be continuing even in future, I want to do this despite my very rigorous schedule in academics and research because I have seen a lot of my batchmates including me, going to depression, being in constant stress every single day, losing ourselves and our joy and most importantly our hidden potential because we don't know how to exactly manage stress and we don't know who we are and what we want, once we gain aspects in these topics, automatically we will enjoy no matter how much work pressure we have as it's not because external things that you are affected, it's because you don't understand your inner mechanism well, so let's do this together and grow together, I will share everything that I gained from my research and we will follow it all together and make the best use of ourselves...
