A teacher doesn't need to be great in subjects to teach, they must understand what they should do different then the others to make a student understand at their own pace. I myself kept changing tuitions when I was in 12th standard. I had a passion for mathematics but couldn't understand the concept behind. In the end my search rewarded me beautifully
