About Rhiannon
I am a third year student Occupational Therapist who has had experience working in mental and physical health. I have supported individuals to increase their quality of life by educating them on how to improve their activities of daily living and help to develop with them an enjoyable routine that enhances their quality of life.

I do different sessions revolving around lifestyle, one session may be about nutrition, whereas another may be a relaxation session. My main goal is to teach others how to enhance their mental health and wellbeing and to gain valuable knowledge.
