My methodology is quitly inspired from both Swedish and Japanese education system. Most of the time I make my students to just read the study material before teaching them. In this way they got idea of the chapter or concepts. Later I take test on the bases of their learning ability and reasoning. This make student fearless of any concepts. My main methodology is to remove `The fear of unknown '. I appreciate weak students for thier small success in front of class and tell them thier mistake personally, so this is the way I always keep my class atmosphere healthy.
