Chris helped me through my A-level maths course, tailoring the lessons to suit my learning style. He helped build my proficiency in the pure maths module, while starting my mechanics and statistics comprehension essentially from scratch, as that is where I struggled the most. His eagerness and pressure on my weak points eventually brought my skills up from a predicted B, to the A I got by the end of Y13.

Chris worked with my son for GCSE maths. Chris keeps students engaged and helps them stayed focussed when others were unable. Chris spent time to get to know my son and quickly understood how to get the most out of him. My son always looked forward to sessions with Chris. I would highly recommend Chris.

Really great maths tutor who explains things clearly and makes even the more difficult topics much easier to understand. They’re patient, knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you actually understand the work rather than just giving you the answer. The lessons are well structured and genuinely helped improve my confidence with maths. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive maths tutor.

My son started having lessons with Chris in his last year of GCSE’s, and he has been able to get him from a low predicted 5 to predicted papers in the high 8 and Low 9’s. But more important, my son enjoys maths now, he likes his lessons and has developed a like for maths so he is wanting to do now maths for his A levels. So I can not recommend Chris enough. He is also very flexible to accommodate extra lessons if/when required and he cares about his students. 10 out of 10.

He has an incredible amount of patience and a unique talent for breaking down complex topics in a way that my son could easily grasp.
