About Jake
My name is Jake, and I’m an 18-year-old student at Loughborough University. Outside of my studies, I enjoy sports and being outside. I am a friendly and approachable person, and I enjoy helping others.
I have a strong academic background, where I achieved a Grade 8 in GCSE Maths and A*AAA at A-level. Having recently completed my own GCSEs and A-levels, I understand the challenges students can face enabling me to teach in a way that makes it easy to understand and remember.
My approach to tutoring is friendly, supportive, and tailored to each student. I aim to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working through topics at their own pace.
I offer online tuition for Years 7–11, with lessons designed around each student’s individual needs and areas for improvement.

Whether a student is struggling with a particular topic, needs help keeping up with schoolwork, or wants to build their confidence in GCSE maths, lessons will focus on the areas where they need the most support.
