About Isabelle
I’m a motivated and friendly 16-year-old A- level student who loves helping younger learners grow in confidence and reach their goals. I’ve always enjoyed explaining things clearly to others, and tutoring allows me to share what I’ve learned in a way that’s helpful and encouraging. I understand how challenging 11+ preparation can be, and I want to make it easier for students by creating a calm, focused environment where they feel supported. Teaching is something I genuinely enjoy, and it’s rewarding to see students improve and feel proud of their progress.

My teaching approach is supportive and tailored to each student’s learning style, with a mix of practice questions, step-by-step explanations, and regular review to build core skills in English, Maths, verbal and non-verbal reasoning. Lessons typically last 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the student’s needs and focus. I make sure every session is engaging and structured, with clear goals and plenty of encouragement along the way. My lessons are ideal for Year 4–6 students preparing for grammar school entrance exams or just needing a boost in confidence with schoolwork.
