About Caroline
Currently a student in Master 1 Human Resources at the IAE Grenoble, I am eager to share my skills and my HR perspective to help people looking for internship / employment to increase their employability. I do internships in France and abroad since the age of 15 (in the hospitality industry) then I did a 6-month internship in Paris as a Human Resources Assistant before moving on with a CDI Assistant Human Resources in Paris for a year that I decided to stop to resume my studies. Having also done internships abroad I also have experience in finding employment internationally. I think I have a good knowledge of the business world and expectations of recruiters, having been in charge of recruitment for all positions in my company.

My courses are for people currently looking for work / internship / alternation where people wishing to change jobs looking to increase their employability by boosting CV, cover letter, LinkedIn visibility, interview preparation. Depending on the professional project of the person we will work to put in advance his skills for the job, work on the aesthetics of the CV by discovering adapted software, we will work the methodology of the cover letter, create or improve the profile LinkedIn, game role in preparation for interviews, assessment of potential skills possible, discovery of platforms / applications for job search / internship in France or abroad. The goal is to identify the expectations and skills of each individual to put it forward in a resume and also during an interview while respecting the character and individuality of each.
