About Taylor
As a current student at UT Austin studying finance, math, and computer science, I have always had a passion for learning. Not content to simply absorb information, I have made it my mission to help others learn as well. Over the past few years, I have been teaching small groups of friends in college in these subjects, and I have found that I really enjoy helping others understand complex concepts.
I am always striving to learn more and to deepen my understanding of these subjects. I believe that this passion for learning is what sets me apart as a tutor. When I work with students, I aim to inspire confidence in their abilities and to help them establish a solid foundation of knowledge.
As a professional tutor, I take pride in my work and always strive to maintain a high level of professionalism. I am committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment for my students, where they feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new ideas. Whether you are struggling with a specific concept or simply want to deepen your understanding, I am here to help.

- As a visual and hands-on teacher, I would use a combination of visual aids and interactive tools to help explain complex financial, computer science, and mathematical concepts. My teaching methods would involve little lecturing and more practice-based learning, allowing students to ask questions and participate in Q&A sessions.
- My typical lesson plan would involve an introduction to the topic followed by a hands-on practice session. During the practice session, I would provide students with various problem sets and encourage them to work through the problems with my guidance.
- What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to adapt my teaching methods to each individual student's needs. I take the time to assess each student's strengths and weaknesses and find the teaching method that works best for them. Additionally, I have experience teaching both middle and high school math, stats, and college admissions, which allows me to provide a broad range of tutoring services.
- The lessons are for current students studying finance, computer science, statistics, and mathematics in middle and high school. Additionally, I offer college admissions tutoring services for students preparing for college applications.
