My personal approach to private tutoring is the basic understand of psychology behind learning and teaching of individual as well as large class.
There are different kind of learners depending of the temperament of individuals that require different teaching approaches to get the best out of them.
For example, tutoring a sanguine and auditory learning requires more conversation together because the temperament tends to speak more and he should be allow to talk so that he can be active and attentive while tutoring
